These days I am craving for preparing new sweets in my kitchen. The reason is obvious, it’s Diwali in few days and I just can’t seem to stop myself from trying out new recipes. Instructions
  1. Add eggs, sugar and cardamom to a bowl. Mix well until sugar dissolves and sugar turns light.
  2. Stir in rava.
  3. Mix well with a spoon or with your hand.
  4. Make small lemon sized balls
  5. Heat oil and fry till nice brown in colour.
  6. Tasty and delicious ladoo is ready now.
