Instructions
  1. In a bowl, seive flour, add a pinch of salt.
  2. Lightly warm milk, add sugar and yeast. Keep this aside for 5 minutes.
  3. Make a space in between the flour, add the milk and butter. Knead it to a smooth dough.
  4. Cover it with a wet towel and keep it for 1 hour.5) Take small portion from the dough and roll it into long piece and make a round shape.
  5. Brush butter on top, dip in sesame seeds and fry it in oil.
  6. Repeat this for rest of the dough.8) When done, remove from oil. Dip in honey and sprinkle the powdered sugar on top.9) Tasty fried snail roll is ready.
