Instructions
  1. For preparing the fried vegetables, mix all purpose flour, rice flour, besan, salt, oregano and garlic paste. 2) Add little water and make a smooth batter.
  2. Dip the vegetables in it and fry it in oil.
  3. Slightly grill the dry chillies in stove and chop it. Mix together the onion, capsicum, dry chillies, salt.
  4. Mix well. Add 1 tbsp olive oil and mix again.6 ) Serve the fried vegetables as a good starter.
