  • For preparing fruit and nut pudding, soak china grass in water for 30 minutes and heat in low flame until it melts completely.
  • Boil milk and condensed milk together and then add the melted china grass and sugar. Stir continuously. Remove from flame when it thickens.
  • Cook apple with 1 tbsp of sugar well.
  • Cook pineapple with 1 tbsp sugar in another pan.
  • Spread some apple, pineapple and cashew nut in a flat pudding bowl.
  • Pour the custard on top of it and let it cool.
  • Spread the remaining apple, pineapple and cashew nut again on the top of this custard. Repeat the process.
  • Spread the remaining fruit mixture on top of the custard and refrigerate it.
  • Serve chilled.
