Fruit And Nut Thari Kanji

Fruit and nut thari kanji is a light sweetened hot drink made from milk and semolina.It is one of the most regular drink made at home during ifthar season.Here I use ripe plantain,cashew nuts and raisins to get an extra taste to thari kanji.

Instructions
  1. Cook the semolina in water with a pinch of salt for few minutes
  2. Add chopped banana
  3. Keep stirring and cook semolina and banana for 5 minutes in low flame.
  4. Add coconut milk,crushed cardamom,sugar and bring it to boil.When it start boil,remove from the flame.
  5. Heat ghee in a pan and roast cashew nuts and raisins in it..pour it into the thari kanji and mix well.
  6. Tasty fruit and nut thari kanji is ready.
