Seasonal Fruits in Simple Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Red grapes seedless
  • 2 nos Kiwis
  • 2 rings Pineapple
  • 1 piece Sweet melon
  • 1 tub Strawberry
  • 2 nos Oranges
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Juice of lime
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 cloves spice
  • 2 tsp Lemon rind

Instructions
 

  • Cut the kiwis and orange in round shape, pineapple into half and quarter, melon into cubes, strawberry into half and combine the fruits in a bowl, cover and chill.
  • Fill 1 cup water in a small saucepan, add sugar and cloves. Boil gently to make syrup.(reduced to half)
  • When cool, remove the cloves and add the lime juice and lemon rind pour over the fruits and then toss gently.
  • Note:- You can substitute any other fruits in season like mangoes, bananas etc.
