Cut the kiwis and orange in round shape, pineapple into half and quarter, melon into cubes, strawberry into half and combine the fruits in a bowl, cover and chill.
Fill 1 cup water in a small saucepan, add sugar and cloves. Boil gently to make syrup.(reduced to half)
When cool, remove the cloves and add the lime juice and lemon rind pour over the fruits and then toss gently.
Note:- You can substitute any other fruits in season like mangoes, bananas etc.
