Put the rice into a small bowl with sushi seasoning and toss well till it is evenly coated and let it cool.
Place 1 Nori sheet on the sushi mat (the longest side near the top and bottom). The rough side should face up, follow the grain.

Spread the white rice over the nori sheet leaving a 2cm border at the bottom and press down uniformly.
