Instructions
  1. Dry roast all ingredients.
  2. Powder the mixture and store it in an air-tight jar.
  3. :- This home made masala has a better aroma than the brought-out ones.

I would like to make my own Garam Masala, but my concern is how will I know how much garam masala to use in beef curry or other recipes that call for these ingredients.
