Garlic Dip-Garlic Paste

Garlic Dip or Garlic Paste is a sauce prepared using garlic as a primary ingredient. Its a nice combo with naan or any type of Roti.This recipe is just four simple ingredients but with a little love it turns into a magical sauce you will be spreading on Beef shawarma or dipping with broasted chicken.This can be refrigerated in an airtight container for upto 2 weeks.

Instructions
  1. Take a blender and add egg white and chopped garlic.
  2. Add a tablespoon of lemon juice and salt as required.
  3. Close the lid and blend it for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour the sunflower oil as to batches and blend it again for 15-30 seconds.
  5. Now it came out perfect!:-)
  6. Garlic paste is ready now.
