Instructions
  1. Grind together chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, aniseeds, chopped ginger, cloves, cinnamon and cardamom properly.
  2. Add salt and mix this paste with mutton and keep aside for 3 hours.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Add 1 cup of chopped onions and fry, until it becomes golden brown in color.
  5. Remove the onions from oil.
  6. Add the remaining 1 cup of onion and tomato into the oil and fry it.
  7. Add sugar.
  8. Add mutton and stir for sometime.
  9. Add some hot water and cook well.
  10. Remove from the stove.
  11. Cook the garlic in steam and fry in oil.
  12. Add this to the mutton, before serving.
  13. Garnish with fried onions.

I didnt use coconut milk in the recipe.Even then it was awesome.

FANTASTIC RECIPE,thought cos of garlic it may not be good but after trying came out well,emmmmmyyy,very tasty with nice FABULOUS GARLIC FLAVOUR.
(without coconut also i tried its really good in either way)
