Instructions
 

  • Cook gavar in a pan with 1/4 cup of water, till tender.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry the garlic and onion, till they turn golden brown in colour.
  • Add tomatoes and chillies and saute for 2 mins.
  • Add the gavar and masala powders and continue to cook over a low flame stirring from time to time.
  • Cook for 5 mins, till its well blended and the preparation is dry.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • :-Serve hot with chappathis or rice.

    Thanks for this recipe. I was looking out for something with Gavar. Surprised to find it here. I tried it, and it came out very tasty. Thanks again!

    Yes nancy is right. I could never find a tasty recipe for amarakka i,e
    cluster beans. My hubby loved it. Even i loved it
