Instructions
  1. Peel the skin, chop or grate the noolkols finely.
  2. Pour oil in a pan and season with mustard and curry leaves.
  3. Add the turmeric, coconut, onion, noolkol, chillies and salt and cook covered with a little water until the vegetable becomes tender.
  4. Serve as side dish with rice.
