  • Cream of Coconut - 13.5 oz
  • Sugar - 2/3 cup
  • White flour or rice flour - 1 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder(Elakka) - 1/4 tsp

Instructions
  1. Rinse the jackfruit in warm water.
  2. Cut into small pieces.
  3. Add 2 cups of water and cook till tender.
  4. Mix well the flour in 1/4 cup water.
  5. Pour this into the cooked jackfruit and stir for 5 minutes.
  6. Add sugar and stir.
  7. Mix the coconut milk and bring to a boil.
  8. Add the cardamom powder.
