Jackfruit(Chakka) Kheer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Can Jackfruit 2 20 oz, Chakka
  • 13.5 oz Cream of Coconut
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp White flour or rice flour
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder Elakka

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the jackfruit in warm water.
  • Cut into small pieces.
  • Add 2 cups of water and cook till tender.
  • Mix well the flour in 1/4 cup water.
  • Pour this into the cooked jackfruit and stir for 5 minutes.
  • Add sugar and stir.
  • Mix the coconut milk and bring to a boil.
  • Add the cardamom powder.
