  • Bengal gram flour(Kadalapodi) - 1 cup
  • Wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Peppercorns(Kurumulaku) - 1 tsp
  • Dry red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 3
  • Small onions(finely chopped, Kunjulli) - 6
  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 2 sprigs
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Grind together the peppercorns, red chillies and ginger in a mixer grinder.
  2. Mix together the finely chopped onions, coriander leaves, the above ground mixture, gram flour, wheat flour and salt.
  3. Add water and make it into a dosa batter.
  4. Make thick dosas off the above batter.
