Ingredients
  

  • 2 big Ginger
  • 1 cup Bengal gram flour Kadalapodi
  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 1 tsp Peppercorns Kurumulaku
  • 3 Dry red chillies Kollamulaku
  • 6 Small onions finely chopped, Kunjulli
  • 2 sprigs Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Grind together the peppercorns, red chillies and ginger in a mixer grinder.
  • Mix together the finely chopped onions, coriander leaves, the above ground mixture, gram flour, wheat flour and salt.
  • Add water and make it into a dosa batter.
  • Make thick dosas off the above batter.
