Instructions
  1. Grind grated coconut, ginger and salt together by adding water.
  2. Mix buttermilk to it.
  3. Heat coconut oil in a pan.
  4. Add mustard seeds and when it splutters, add red chillies and a pinch of asafoetida.
  5. Pour this on the above mixture.
  6. :- It can also be done in the same way by using Mavina Shunthi usually available in Karnataka.
