Ingredients

Rice flour
1/2
tbsp
Cumin seeds
Jeerakam

Mint leaves
cut into pieces, Pudhina

Onion
cut into very small pieces, large

Green chillies

tbsp
Leftover rice/soaked baten rice flakes
Aval/Poha
Grated
coconut
(Optional)
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients with
water
and 2 tbsp of
oil
in a bowl to make a dough.
Keep this aside for 10 - 15 mins.
Spread
oil
on your palm and on a
banana
leaf/thick plastic sheet, make ball of the dough and spread the dough like a roti.
Fry this on a tava like a roti.
:-
Coconut
chutney is a good combination or even you could have chutney powder with the rotis.
:- If you wish to have crisp rotis then make holes all around the rotis with your fingers and pour 1 drop of
oil
in all the holes while frying.
