  • Crab - 500 g
  • Tamarind - 1 small
  • Coconut milk - 3 cups
  • Water(As reqd) -
  • Salt(As reqd) -
For preparing paste:
  • Red chillies - 5-6 nos
  • Khuskhus - 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds - 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds(soaked in water for few mins, Jeerakam) - 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • garlic - 1 pod
  • Ginger(medium piece) -
  • Big Onion - 1 medium

Instructions
  1. Grind all the items under paste.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add ground paste and saute till raw smell disappears.
  4. Add tamarind, required water and salt.
  5. When it boils, add the crab pieces and saute well.
  6. When the crab is half cooked, add coconut milk and cook till crab is fully done.
  7. :- Tasty crab curry is ready!
