Dosa made with Rice flakes(Aval/Poha)

Ingredients

Rice

Black gram
Uzhunnuparippu
1/4
cup
Rice flakes
Aval/Poha
2
tsp
Cumin seeds
Jeerakam
2
tsp
Salt
Instructions
Soak rice and
black gram
dal separately for 4-5 hours.
Soak
cumin seeds
and poha for 45 minutes.
Grind all ingredients and make a fine batter. Keep the batter overnight.

Add
salt
.
Make dosas as usual.
:- Serve with batata(
potato
) palya and chutney.
