Instructions
  1. For preparing goan veg chops, boil potatoes and remove the skin. Smash it using a spoon.
  2. Fry the chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies and onion in oil.
  3. Then add the chopped beans, carrot, green peas, pepper powder and salt. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add the smashed potatoes and chopped coriander leaves to it. Mix it well.
  5. Make small balls out of it and press it to make the shape of a cutlet.
  6. Then grill in a non-stick pan.
  7. Goan veg chops are ready. Once it is cooked, serve hot.
