  • Plain flour - 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Soy sauce - 2 tsp
  • Red colour(A pinch) -
  • Ginger(garlic paste - 1/2 tsp) -
  • Yoghurt - 1 tsp
  • Chilly powder or Paprika - 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for deep frying -

Instructions
  1. Cut the cauliflower into chunks.
  2. Put it in the boiling water and drain.
  3. Make the batter of all the other ingredients.
  4. Marinate the cauliflower in the above mixture for atleast 15 - 30 mins.
  5. Deep fry it.
  6. :- Serve hot.
