Gobi Fritters

Gobi Fritters is a delicious and crispy fritter prepared with cauliflower and spicy chick pea flour. Gobhi pakoras are very easy to cook and can be served as a starter or a tea time snack. You can serve these gobi pakoras with any chutney or sauce of your choice.

Ingredients
  

  • Gobi 1 cup
  • Maida 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • colour powder 1 pinch
  • butter milk as required

Instructions
 

  • prepare butter milk from curd
  • in a bowl add maida, corn flour, red chili powder, salt and colour powder and mix it
  • now add butter milk and mix it
  • make as a batter
  • clean the gobi and cut into the medium size
  • dip the gobi in the batter
  • heat the oil and fry it
  • gobi fritters is ready to serve. serve with the ketch up
