When the Cauliflower and Carrot are cooked well, add some Jaggery into it (as required by the user) and stir it further and allow to cook the whole mix for about 10 minutes more in low flame.
Gobi, Gaajar Katha MeethaAchhar is ready and it can be served as side dish for Porotta, Chappathi, Poori etc. Children also will like this achar very well.
