Gobi Ka Kath

A simple Vegetarian dish with cauliflower

Ingredients
  

  • Finely grated cauliflower : 2 cup
  • Cumin seeds : 2 tsp
  • Finely chopped onions : 2 nos
  • Chopped green chilies : 2 nos
  • Chopped coriander leaves : ¼ cup
  • Red chilli powder : 1 tsp
  • Salt : as reqd
  • Oil : as reqd

Instructions
 

  • Heat little oil in a pan and add cumin seeds to it.
  • When cumin seeds start to crackle, add chopped green chilies and onion. Cook till onion turns pink.
  • Now add cauliflower and cook it on slow flame. Add salt and little amount of water so that cauliflower doesn’t stick to the pan.
  • Once it turns brown, add red chili powder and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander and mix properly.
