Instructions
  1. Mix together wheat flour, grated cauliflower, ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chilly, cumin seeds and required salt.
  2. Add 2 tbsp of oil and knead it to make a smooth dough with required water. Note that the mixture is not watery otherwise rolling out becomes difficult.
  3. Pluck out small balls and roll into pooris.
  4. Deep fry Gobi Ke Poori in hot oil.
  5. :-Serve with Green Chutney or with Tomato Ketchup. Any spicy side dish will make an excellent combination.
  6. Enjoy Gobi Ke Poori...a nutritious complete meal.

the puris tasted good but dint fluff out like regular puris.i `ll roll it into chappati and see tonight.
