  • Place the cauliflower pieces in water and heat for 5 mins.
  • Mix together corn flour, gram flour or besan, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilli paste and soya sauce with water to make a thick batter.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Dip the florets in the above batter.
  • Deep fry them, till they become crispy.
  • Remove them from the pan onto a plate.
  • Heat 2 tsp of oil in the same pan.
  • Fry onions, till it becomes golden brown.
  • Add capsicum and fry for a min.
  • Add a pinch of soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce and salt.
  • Add the fried cauliflower and mix well, till the cauliflower is coated with sauce.

    sangeeta jee plz expalin the method clearlly u know in the method u didn`t mention that we should dip the coli flower in to the mixture of all besan—– got it

    it is a nice dish…..i think rajani has missed the fourth line while reading,that u should dip the cauliflower florets in the batter for frying….

    Ingredients it says, 1 tsp soya sauce, whereas in the method it says a pinch of soya sauce. Should 1 tsp used or a pinch should be used. Kindly clarify.

    I have tried gobimanchurian in my style..it was not good.But when i followed these steps it was exellent!!! Thanx a lot!
