  • Cauliflower - 1/2 kg
  • Onion - 2 nos
  • Capsicum - 1 no
  • Corn flour - 1/2 cup
  • Gram flour(Kadalapodi) - 1/2 cup
  • Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Tomato sauce - 4 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
  • Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Chilly paste - 1 tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Oil for deep frying -

Instructions
  1. Place the cauliflower pieces in water and heat for 5 mins.
  2. Mix together corn flour, gram flour or besan, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilli paste and soya sauce with water to make a thick batter.
  3. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  4. Dip the florets in the above batter.
  5. Deep fry them, till they become crispy.
  6. Remove them from the pan onto a plate.
  7. Heat 2 tsp of oil in the same pan.
  8. Fry onions, till it becomes golden brown.
  9. Add capsicum and fry for a min.
  10. Add a pinch of soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce and salt.
  11. Add the fried cauliflower and mix well, till the cauliflower is coated with sauce.

sangeeta jee plz expalin the method clearlly u know in the method u didn`t mention that we should dip the coli flower in to the mixture of all besan—– got it

it is a nice dish…..i think rajani has missed the fourth line while reading,that u should dip the cauliflower florets in the batter for frying….

Ingredients it says, 1 tsp soya sauce, whereas in the method it says a pinch of soya sauce. Should 1 tsp used or a pinch should be used. Kindly clarify.
