Gobi Masala is a very popular and delicious dish which goes well with roti, chapati, naan, jeera pulao, peas pulao and many flavored rice dishes.

  • clean and cut the gobi in normal size
  • slice the onion and chop the capsicum
  • par boil the gobi by add salt
  • in a pan heat the oil and temper the cumin seed and red chili
  • add saute the onion and add capsicum and mix it
  • add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree and mix well
  • add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala and mix it and allow to cook until the raw smell goes out
  • add par boiled gobi and mix it
  • allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flame until the masala mix well with the gobi
  • now gobi masala is ready to serve
