  • cauliflower 1/2 cup -
  • Onion : 1 no -

  • Red chili powder : 1 tsp -
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
  • Salt to taste -
  • Garam masala : 1/2 tsp -
  • cumin seed 1/4 tsp -
  • Oil : 3 tsp -

Instructions
  1. prepare wheat dough from wheat, salt and water
  2. heat oil in the pan and temper the cumin seeds and saute the onion.
  3. add sliced capsicum and mix
  4. add medium sized chopped cauliflower and mix it
  5. add red chili powder, garm masala, salt and turmeric powder and mix it
  6. allow to cook until the cauliflower get cooked
  7. take a small ball from dough and roll
  8. cook the wheat roll in the tawa by applying oil both the side
  9. keep the gobi masala in the chapathi and roll it
  10. now gobi wrap is ready to serve
