Instructions
  1. For preparing godambu dosai, mix rice flour and wheat flour with water and make a batter. This must be of watery consistency.
  2. Add green chillies by cutting into small pieces, jeerakam, curry leaves, asafoetida and salt.
  3. Mix this batter very well.
  4. Fry mustard seeds in coconut oil and add to the batter.
  5. Pour a ladle full of batter and spread evenly in round shape.
  6. Add oil around it and allow it to get cooked till it becomes crisp.
  7. Turn sides and cook well.
  8. Godumbu doasi is ready.
