Ingredients

Prawns
Medium sized

tbsp
Corn flour
1 1/2
tbsp
Maida
plain flour
tbsp
Ginger
/
garlic
paste
2
tbsp
Chilly sauce
1
tsp
Pepper powder
Egg
white
of 2 eggs
1
tsp
Baking powder
1/2
tsp
Ajinomoto
Salt
to taste
Water
to make thick paste
Oil
for frying
Instructions
Clean & devein
prawns
. :- You can keep the tail intact.
Marinate the cleaned
prawns
with
salt
& pepper and keep aside for 15 mins.
Mix
cornflour
, maida,
salt
, pepper,
baking powder
, ajinomoto,
ginger
/
garlic
paste, chilly sauce,
egg
whites & little
water
to make a thick paste.
Add the marinated
prawns
& mix well.
Deep fry in
oil
for 3 minutes till golden brown.
:- Serve hot with sauce...as starters..
:- You may insert toothpicks into the
prawns
, so that it wont curl.

Just make a tiny cut on the downside of the shrimp and it will not curl.
