Instructions
  1. Marinate chicken pieces with enough salt and turmeric powder for 1/2 hr.
  2. Cook gongura leaves and green chillies in the water till the leaves turn into pale colour.
  3. Grind this into a paste.
  4. Saute the onions in the oil.
  5. Add garlic - ginger paste and curry leaves to it.
  6. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder to it and saute it for a while.
  7. Add chicken pieces and coriander leaves and cook till chicken is done.
  8. Add gongura paste to it and cook for another few minutes.
  9. Add coriander leaves for garnishing.
  10. :- Can have this with rice or chappathi.
