Heat pan, dry roast red chillies and fenugreek. Then powder in it.
In same pan, add little oil. Add mustard, chana dal.4) Add gongura leaves, fry till soft and water drains out.5) Add this to a mixer along fenugreek mixture, green chillies and salt.6) Grind this into smooth paste.7) Tasty gongura chutney is ready.
