Instructions
  1. For preparing Gothambupodi Laddu, first heat 1/4 cup of ghee in a frying pan.
  2. Add cashews and raisins and fry them well.
  3. Remove them onto a separate plate.
  4. To the remaining ghee, add the wheat flour and stir well.
  5. Switch off the gas.
  6. Add coconut and mix well again.
  7. Add the fried cashews and raisins along with the cardamom and mix well.
  8. Slowly add sugar, a little at a time into the above mix and mix the whole thing very well.
  9. Make small balls of the above mix to get Gothambupodi Laddus.
