350 g Grapes75 g All purpose flour (Maida)60 g Sugar lumps75 g Melted butter1/2 litre Milk3 nos Eggs60 g Castor sugar1 pack Vanilla sugar For preparing grape flan, preheat the oven at 200 degree celsius.Caramelize the sugar lumps with 2 tbsp of water in a pie dish.Remove from the heat and turn the dish to coat the base with caramel. Leave it to set.Spread the grapes evenly over the base of the dish.Boil the milk.Blend eggs, granulated sugar and vanilla sugar.Add in maida and blend it again.Then add the melted butter and milk. Blend again.Pour the mixture over the grapes.Bake it for 45 minutes in the oven.Chill it in the fridge.Grape flan is ready. Serve chilled. Continental
