  • Maida : 2 tsp -
  • Corn flour 4 tsp -
  • Rice flour 4 tsp -
  • Ginger garlic paste : 2 tsp -

Instructions
  1. the chicken should be in a medium size and clean it
  2. clean the coriander, mint leaves and green chilli and wash it
  3. make fine paste with coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chillies
  4. in a bowl add chicken, green paste, ginger garlic paste, salt, lime juice, red chilli powder, kebab masala, maida, corn flour, rice flour and one spoon of oil and mix well
  5. marinate for half an hour
  6. In a pan apply oil and fry the chicken in medium flame until the chicken get boiled
  7. green chicken kebab is ready to serve.
