Instructions
  1. In a plate take green chilli, peanut, sesame seed and tamarind.
  2. Heat the oil and temper the asafoetida.
  3. Now add the green chilli, peanut, sesame seed and tamarind, fry in low flame.
  4. Allow to cool and grind well thick paste
  5. Heat the oil and temper the black mustard seed and black gram
  6. Add the chilli paste and mix well for 3 mins in low flame
  7. Now green chilli chutney is ready, serve with idli or dosa
