Green Chilli Chicken Andhra style spicy chilly chicken 12 nos Chicken drumsticks3 nos Onions – 2 (finely chopped, large)15 – Green chillies (finely chopped)2 tbsp Ginger (finely chopped)2 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)2 - Cinnamon (Karugapatta)4 - Cloves (Grambu)1 tbsp Coriander seeds1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds (Uluva)1/4 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)1/4 tsp Fennel seeds (Perinjeerakam)1 tbsp Dried fenugreek powder (Kasuri methi)1 tsp Kaloova1 – OilSalt (As reqd) Grind together all the spices into a fine powder.Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.Add onions and fry till it starts to turn brown.Add the chicken pieces.Add green chillies and cook till all the water content is nearly evaporated. Add ginger and garlic and fry for a few mins. When the chicken is nearly done, add the ground powder and salt and mix well.Fry for another few mins.Add a little water and cook till most of the water is evaporated. Andhra
