Instructions
  1. Remove the stem, wash and dry the chillies with towel. Cut into 3 - 4 pieces.
  2. Roast coriander seeds, fennel seeds and sesame seeds together. Grind it to a coarse mixture.
  3. Add the split mustard dal, salt, vinegar, lime juice, asafoetida and turmeric powder to the above coarse mixture and mix well.
  4. Add the above masala to the chillies and mix well together.
  5. :- Keep it in a container.
