Ingredients

Coriander seeds
½
tbsp
Fennel seeds
½
tbsp
Mustard gram
dal
½
tbsp
Black
sesame seeds
½
tsp
Turmeric powder
Lime juice from 2 nos
2
tsp
Vinegar
1½
tsp
Asafoetida
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
Remove the stem, wash and dry the chillies with towel. Cut into 3 - 4 pieces.
Roast
coriander seeds
,
fennel seeds
and
sesame seeds
together. Grind it to a coarse mixture.
Add the split mustard dal,
salt
, vinegar, lime juice, asafoetida and
turmeric powder
to the above coarse mixture and mix well.
Add the above masala to the chillies and mix well together.
:- Keep it in a container.
