  • Remove the stem, wash and dry the chillies with towel. Cut into 3 - 4 pieces.
  • Roast coriander seeds, fennel seeds and sesame seeds together. Grind it to a coarse mixture.
  • Add the split mustard dal, salt, vinegar, lime juice, asafoetida and turmeric powder to the above coarse mixture and mix well.
  • Add the above masala to the chillies and mix well together.
  • :- Keep it in a container.
