  • Carrot(medium size) - 2 nos
  • Beans - 10 strings
  • Potato(medium size) - 1 nos
  • Cauliflower - 1/2 of
  • Peas - 1/2 cup
  • Onion(medium size) - 1 nos
  • Jeera - 1 tsp
For Masala (Grind to paste with little water):

Instructions
  1. Cut Vegetables to bite size cubes and cook upto 75% with little salt.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add jeera and then finely chopped Onions to golden brown.
  3. Add the ground paste and saute well until oil extracts from sides.
  4. Add boiled veggies and half a cup of water and allow masala to gel with veggies.
  5. Add salt to taste and garnish with butter on top.
  6. :- Watch on the quantity of water depending on what you are making it for either rice or rotis or chapathis.
