  • Soak green peas and chickpeas overnight.
  • Wash it and Drain the water
  • Combine all ingredients (except the oil) in the bowl of a food processor.
  • Pulse until the mixture is well-combined, but not puréed.
  • Form the mixture into small patties. Heat oil in a pan and fry the falafel until nice brown colour.
  • Green Pea and Chickpea Falafel is ready now.
