Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard and onion fry for 2 minutes until it becomes translucent.
  2. Add green chillies to this and fry for a minute.
  3. Add green to this and stir for a minute.
  4. Add the beaten eggs and allow to firm a bit.
  5. Add turmeric powder ,coriander powder and salt to this and saute for 2 minutes.
  6. Stir vigorously to break the egg into small pieces.
  7. Mix well with all ingredients and cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Now Green peas egg burgy is ready.Serve with coriander leaves.
