  • Take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and add chopped ginger. Saute for 5 seconds.
  • Add onion and saute in medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
  • Now add green peas (here I used frozen cooked green peas). You can also soak the normal green peas overnight and cook it by adding little salt and cook for 3-4 whistles.
  • Mix it well.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder and pepper powder. Saute for few minutes to get rid of the raw smell.
  • Reduce the flame to low and cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Now open and add some curry leaves.
  • Break 2 eggs and add it.
  • Scramble it in medium flame.
  • Add chopped coriander leaves and little more pepper powder
  • Serve hot.
