Green Peas Soup Green peas soup 1½ cups Green Peas½ cup Cabbage (finely chopped)½ cup Carrot (grated)2 pinch Ajinomoto2 tbsp Oil¼ tsp Sugar¼ tsp Black Pepper1 tsp Salt1 tsp Soya sauce5 tbsp Corn flour8 cups Water Boil water in a vessel. Add the peas and cook till they become soft. Keep them aside. Heat oil in another vessel(preferably kadai). Add vegetables and ajinomoto and fry it on a high flame for half a minute. Put peas along with the water.Add sugar, black pepper powder and salt. Add Soya sauce and stir well.Mix corn flour in 1/2 cup of water and add the above paste to the soup.Cook it stirring continuously for 3 minutes. :- Serve with Vinegar, Soya sauce and Chilly sauce.
