  • Green peas - cups
  • Cabbage(finely chopped) - ½ cup
  • Carrot(grated) - ½ cup
  • Ajinomoto - 2 pinch
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar - ¼ tsp
  • Black pepper - ¼ tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Corn flour - 5 tbsp
  • Water - 8 cups

Instructions
  1. Boil water in a vessel.
  2. Add the peas and cook till they become soft. Keep them aside.
  3. Heat oil in another vessel(preferably kadai).
  4. Add vegetables and ajinomoto and fry it on a high flame for half a minute.
  5. Put peas along with the water.
  6. Add sugar, black pepper powder and salt.
  7. Add Soya sauce and stir well.
  8. Mix corn flour in 1/2 cup of water and add the above paste to the soup.
  9. Cook it stirring continuously for 3 minutes.
  10. :- Serve with Vinegar, Soya sauce and Chilly sauce.
