Green Pepper Fish Fish is fried with other ingredients 1/2 kg King fish (sliced, Neymeen)1/2 tsp Garlic paste1/2 cup Red onions (chopped)1/4 cup Tomato (chopped)1 1/2 tsp Green pepper (mashed)1 1/2 tsp Pepper powder2 nos Green chilies (slit)1 tsp Chilly sauce1 tsp Corn flour1/2 tsp Agino moto1/2 tsp Turmeric powder3 springs Curry leavesOil (for frying)1/2 cup WaterSalt (As reqd) For preparing green pepper fish, marinate the fish pieces in turmeric powder, pepper powder, garlic paste and salt. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.Fry it in oil. Keep it aside.In another vessel, heat 2 tbsp of oil and sautT the red onions.Add in tomato and green chillies. SautT it again.Then add in green pepper, chilly sauce and agino moto.Mix corn flour in 1/2 cup of water and pour it to the above mixture.Toss in the fried fish, salt and curry leaves.
