  • Spinach leaves(blanched) - 1/2 a

  • Butter - 1 tbsp
  • Thick curd - 1/2 cup

Instructions
  1. For preparing green sandwich spread, grind together mint leaves, spinach leaves, onion, green chilly, ginger, pepper, salt, butter and curd into a thick paste without adding water.
  2. Green sandwich spread is ready. Spread it on bread, chapathi, dosa etc.
  3. Tips:- Do not add any water. Store in an air tight container. Store in the fridge and use as needed. A very healthy sandwich spread. Will remain in good condition for one week.
