  • Any Fleshy fish - 250 g
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • BBQ sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic powder - 1 tsp

Instructions
  1. Smear the cleaned fish pieces with lemon juice and little salt. Keep aside for 10 minutes. Wash well and drain.
  2. Grind all the ingredients together for preparing paste.
  3. Marinate the fish slices in the ground paste, BBQ sauce and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated fish slices in an oil smeared hot griddle.
  5. Pour little oil around each fish slice and roast in medium flame till golden brown.
  6. Garnish with lemon wedges, onion rings and cucumber.
