  • Onion(cubes) - 1 no
  • Red capsicum(cubed) - 1/2 cup
  • Yellow Capsicum(square shapes) - 1/2 cup
  • garlic(chopped) - 2 cloves
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Lime juice - 2 tsp
  • Sweet chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Spring onions(chopped) - 2 tsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing grilled panner in sweet sauce, first marinate paneer in turmeric, chilli powder, little salt and lime juice.
  2. In a skewer arrange, capsicum, onion, paneer. Repeat again.
  3. In a grill pan, keep skewers in it. drizzle olive oil and fry paneer well.
  4. In a wok, drizzle oil. Fry garlic. Add sweet chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce and pepper.
  5. When it thickens remove from flame.
  6. When paneer pieces are done, arrange them in a serving plate with skewers.
  7. Pour the sauce over and serve hot.
