Gujarathi Tomato Salsa
A very tasty side dish with chukka chappathi

Onion
chopped

Dry
red chillies

cup
Coriander leaves
chopped

tsp
Coconut oil
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing Gujarathi
tomato
salsa, first take a clean bowl.
Add the chopped
onion
in it.
Fry tomatoes on flame directly. Turn in between with a skewer.
When the skin becomes burned color, remove from flame.
Remove the skin of tomatoes and place in
onion
bowl.
Fry dry chillies on flame. When it becomes brown in color, remove and add to
onion
-
tomato
mixture.
Mash the tomatoes and chillies well with hand or by fork.
Add coriander leaves and required
salt
.
Pour
coconut oil
over it before serving.
Gujarathi
tomato
salsa is ready.
