  • Chicken - 1/2 kg
  • Guntur red chili powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
  • Onion - 3 chopped
  • Green chili - 1
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 3 tblsp
  • Poppy Seed - 3 tblsp

Instructions
  1. Wash chicken and marinate with the ingredients and keep aside for at least 1 hour
  2. Heat oil in a deep pan, saute the whole spices in the oil for a minute
  3. Add green chilli, onions and salt. Fry till onions turn golden brown and add ginger garlic paste and saute
  4. Add the marinated chicken and fry on a high flame for 2 to 3 mins.
  5. Add the rest of the chilli powder and garam masala, mix well and add enough water to the chicken and cook for 10 mins
  6. Soak poppy seeds and make a paste
  7. Add the poppy seeds paste, stir well and cook
  8. Now its ready to serve Guntur Chicken
