  • Capsicum - 2 nos
  • Carrot - 2 nos
  • Cabbage(small) - 1 no
  • French beans - 10 -
  • Red chillies - 3 -
  • Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • *Worcestershire Sauce - 3 -
  • Vinegar - 4 tbsp
  • Chilly sauce - 6 tsp
  • Soya Sauce - 6 tsp
  • Ajinomoto - 1 tsp
  • Red chilly powder - ½ tsp
  • Sugar - ¼ tsp
  • Black pepper - 2 tsp
  • Oil - 6 tbsp
  • Salt - 3 tsp
  • Corn flour - 2 tsp

  • Ajinomoto - 1 tsp
  • Red chilly powder - ½ tsp
  • Sugar - ¼ tsp
  • Black pepper - 2 tsp
  • Oil - 6 tbsp
  • Salt - 3 tsp
  • Corn flour - 2 tsp

Instructions
  1. For boiling noodles: 1)Take 6-7 cups of water in a patella and boil it.
  2. When it starts boiling put noodles in it. Do not cover the vessel. Boil it for two three minutes.
  3. Switch off the gas and strain it through a strainer.
  4. Wash it with cold water for 5-7 times and simultaneously strain it. Keep it in strainer for 20 minutes.
  5. When noodles become dry, put 4 tsp. of oil. Mix it and separate it with help of fingertips. Keep it again for 5-7 minutes.
  6. For making Hakka noodles:
  7. Mix chilly sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, salt, black pepper, ajinomoto, sugar and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
  8. Mix corn-flour with water and make a paste. Keep it aside.
  9. Heat oil in a pan or kadai. Add red chilly powder and dry whole red chilly followed by boiled noodles. Mix well and keep aside.
  10. Heat 2 tbsp. of oil in a pan or kadai. Lower the flame and add garlic paste. Cook it for half a minute.
  11. Add onions and fry them for one minute.
  12. Add carrots and capsicum and fry it for 1 minute followed by French beans and cabbage and fry it for 2 minute.
  13. Add aji-no-moto, black pepper and salt.
  14. Next, add the prepared sauce and cook it for half a minute.
  15. Add a cup of water and boil.
  16. Put the corn flour paste while stirring it. When it becomes thick, turn off the gas.
  17. For serving, spread fried Hakka noodles in a plate and place the hot vegetable on the fried noodles.
  18. :- Serve Hakka noodles hot.

Aji no Moto is harmful for babies under 6 months and that is labelled in the product container itself. Its just a tastemaker.

1. i add oil during boiling itself. it helps keep noodles seperated
2. no matter what i try out, all my receipies taste almost same (i mean there should be difference between garlic noodles, manchurian noodles, hakka noodles, etc)

some1 gonna get a hurt!
