  • Chicken cut in to pieces : 1 k gm -
  • Large onions sliced : 4 nos -
  • Garlic : 15 - 20 cloves
  • Onions(grind and extract juice : 5 nos) -
  • Curd : ¼ k gm -
  • Green chillies : 100 gm -
  • Chopped coriander : few -
  • Lemon juice : 2 tsp -
  • Oil / ghee : few -
  • Salt : for frying -

Instructions
  1. Heat ghee / oil and fry the whole garlic cloves till golden brown.
  2. Add the sliced onions and fry till golden brown.

  5. Add the chicken pieces and salt and cook for 5 - 7 minutes.

  8. Add onion juice,green chillies and curd and cook till the chicken is tender and the oil separates.
