Ingredients
  

  • Chicken cut in to pieces : 1 k gm
  • Large onions sliced : 4 nos
  • 20 cloves Garlic : 15
  • Onions grind and extract juice : 5 nos
  • Curd : ¼ k gm
  • Green chillies : 100 gm
  • Chopped coriander : few
  • Lemon juice : 2 tsp
  • Oil / ghee : few
  • Salt : for frying

Instructions
 

  • Heat ghee / oil and fry the whole garlic cloves till golden brown.
  • Add the sliced onions and fry till golden brown.

  • Add the chicken pieces and salt and cook for 5 - 7 minutes.

  • Add onion juice,green chillies and curd and cook till the chicken is tender and the oil separates.
